Series 1 Aluminum Alloy (“Pure Aluminum”)

3 series aluminum alloy (Cu-Mg alloy)
With manganese as the main component, the manganese content is about 1.0-1.5%, which is a series with a better anti-rust function. Our 3000 series production process is more excellent and often used in air conditioners, refrigerators, under the car, and other humid environments.
4 series aluminum alloy (Al-Si alloy)
Usually, silicon cois content between 4.5-6.0%, containing silicon with higher strength is relatively high, 4000 series aluminum bar on behalf of the 4A01, 4000 series of aluminum plate belongs to the series with the high silicon content. Soup flow is good, solidification shrinkage is less, belongs to the construction materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, and welding materials; low melting point, good corrosion resistance, heat-resistant, and wear-resistant properties.
5 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg alloy)
5 series of heat treatment can not be strengthened deformation of aluminum alloys, in industrial applications, the magnesium content of the alloy is generally not higher than 5.5%. This is a more versatile aluminum alloy, which can be used to make bright products, as well as in the food industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding marine environment, etc. The 5 series has relatively good corrosion resistance and can be welded. Alloys with higher aluminum content (e.g., 5043, 5305, etc.) can be used to manufacture bright products and for decorative occasions. 5××× series aluminum alloys have better corrosion resistance after anodizing.
6 series aluminum alloy (Al-Mg-Si alloy)
6 series belongs to the heat treatment and can strengthen deformation of aluminum alloy, engineering applications are important, mainly for extrusion profiles, high strength such as 6061 aluminum alloy (forging 6061 aluminum), 6063 aluminum is also used for the production of the plate.
6063 aluminum alloy is the most widely used extruded aluminum alloy. In bright anodizing, 6463 aluminum alloy is usually recommended, and its aluminum content is at least 99.7%. The lower the impurity elements (e.g. iron, manganese) in the alloy, the lower the loss of brightness after anodizing.
7 Series Aluminum Alloy (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy)
Containing mainly zinc, 7000 series aluminum alloy represents 7075 T6 aluminum. Also belongs to the aviation series, it is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat-treatable alloy, belongs to the super-hard aluminum alloy, and has good abrasion resistance.
8 series aluminum alloy aluminum elements which are not the main component, belong to other series.
