FORGED, NOT EXTRUDED
Inline skate frames,
forged in one piece.
Four-bar self-locking frames in 6061 — where the industry extrudes and cuts, we closed-die forge. Single and double section, 12° toothless with Ø28.6 telescoping tube.

THE DIFFERENCE
Most frames are extruded. These are forged.
Extrusion pulls aluminium through a die — straight grain, constant section, joints bolted on. Closed-die forging forms the whole four-bar geometry under pressure: grain follows the load paths around every pivot boss.

WHY IT MATTERS
Self-locking = fewer parts, tighter frame
The four-bar self-locking mechanism adjusts and holds without extra hardware — a geometry that only makes sense forged, and the reason skate brands come to a forging shop for it.
