FORGED, NOT EXTRUDED

Inline skate frames,
forged in one piece.

Four-bar self-locking frames in 6061 — where the industry extrudes and cuts, we closed-die forge. Single and double section, 12° toothless with Ø28.6 telescoping tube.

THE DIFFERENCE

Most frames are extruded. These are forged.

Extrusion pulls aluminium through a die — straight grain, constant section, joints bolted on. Closed-die forging forms the whole four-bar geometry under pressure: grain follows the load paths around every pivot boss.

WHY IT MATTERS

Self-locking = fewer parts, tighter frame

The four-bar self-locking mechanism adjusts and holds without extra hardware — a geometry that only makes sense forged, and the reason skate brands come to a forging shop for it.

FAQ

Common questions

What makes a forged inline skate frame different?

One-piece closed-die forging with continuous grain flow — no welds, no porosity — which is why our four-bar self-locking frames stay stiff under hard push-offs.

Which alloy do you use for skate frames?

6061-T6 as standard; 7075-T6 for high-load frames. Both are forged in-house with mill certificates per batch.

Do you offer single-section and double-section frames?

Yes — both layouts are available, forged to your drilling specification and mounting standard.

Which finishes can I choose?

Sandblast silver, sandblast black and colour anodising, all done in-house after CNC machining.

Can you forge frames from our own design?

Yes — send STEP, DWG or PDF. An engineer reviews forgeability and replies with a feasibility opinion and cost range.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Dies are designed and cut in-house, so your frame drawings never leave our floor.

What quality documents come with a frame order?

Mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report per shipment; FAI documentation on request.

Do you support small batches and new frame programs?

Yes — new frame programs are quoted per part number, and prototypes are possible before volume.

How detailed is the first reply?

Most designs receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.

Where do you ship from?

Guangming District, Shenzhen — export packed and shipped worldwide.

Skate program?

Custom lengths, sections and colours from your spec.
