FAQ
Common questions
Can you improve my design for forging?
Yes — every drawing review includes DFM feedback: draft angles, radii and tolerance adjustments that cut cost without weakening the part.
What happens after I send a drawing?
An engineer reviews forgeability, suggests draft angles and tolerance adjustments, and replies with a feasibility opinion and a cost range.
How fast do you reply to a drawing?
Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.
What press sizes do you run?
Closed-die forging presses from 300T to 2500T, covering small components up to large structural parts.
Which alloys can you forge?
6061, 6063, 6082 and 7075 — every batch ships with a mill certificate.
Do you support prototypes and small batches?
Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.
What quality documents do you provide?
A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Tooling and dies are designed and built in-house, so your drawings never travel to a third-party die shop.
Which file formats can I send?
STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.
Where do you ship from?
Our factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with export packing and worldwide delivery.
