FREE ENGINEERING REVIEW

Send one drawing.
Get an honest forging answer.

Not a sales pitch — a feasibility opinion from an engineer: can this part be forged, which route, what it costs at your volume, and what the risks are.

WHAT YOU GET BACK

Four deliverables

  1. Feasibility verdictForgeable as drawn — or what to change (draft, radii, parting line)
  2. Route recommendationClosed-die hot / cold / liquid-die — with reasoning
  3. Cost range & crossoverUnit-cost band and the volume where forging beats machining
  4. Risk notesTolerance, cosmetic and tooling risks flagged before you commit

FAQ

Common questions

What happens after I send a drawing?

An engineer reviews forgeability, suggests draft angles and tolerance adjustments, and replies with a feasibility opinion and a cost range.

How fast do you reply to a drawing?

Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.

Which file formats can I send?

STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tooling and dies are designed and built in-house, so your drawings never travel to a third-party die shop.

Which alloys can you forge?

6061, 6063, 6082 and 7075 — every batch ships with a mill certificate.

What quality documents do you provide?

A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.

Do you support prototypes and small batches?

Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.

Can you machine and finish parts too?

Yes — CNC finishing to Ra 0.8 (per-drawing review), plus anodising Type II/III, sandblasting, powder coating and electrophoresis.

Can I get first articles before mass production?

Yes — first-article inspection (FAI) lets you validate parts before committing to volume.

Where do you ship from?

Our factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with export packing and worldwide delivery.
