quality system.
What we can make, what we can measure, and what we can prove — the page your auditors will read before your buyers do.

MATERIALS
Four alloys, fully traceable
| Alloy | Typical use | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 6061 | General structural, crank arms | Workhorse; excellent forgeability |
| 6063 | Finish-critical parts | Best anodised cosmetics |
| 6082 | Higher-strength structural | EN AW-6082 |
| 7075 | High-load performance | Top strength-to-weight |
Mill certificates with every batch; heat-treat condition (T6) controlled in-house. Boundaries: copper and titanium grades are not offered pending internal confirmation — aluminium is the specialty.

FAQ
Common questions
What is your first-pass yield?
99% of parts pass first inspection — a measured number, not a slogan.
What quality documents do you provide?
A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.
Can we audit your factory?
Yes, customer audits are welcomed — and quality evidence is available before you commit to a program.
Which alloys can you forge?
6061, 6063, 6082 and 7075 — every batch ships with a mill certificate.
Which file formats can I send?
STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.
Do you support prototypes and small batches?
Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.
How fast do you reply to a drawing?
Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.
Where do you ship from?
Our factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with export packing and worldwide delivery.
Which industries do you serve?
Bicycle and e-bike, motorcycle, adaptive and therapy cycling, skating sports, robotics and industrial equipment.
Can you improve my design for forging?
Yes — every drawing review includes DFM feedback: draft angles, radii and tolerance adjustments that cut cost without weakening the part.
Send us your spec.
We’ll show exactly how we meet it — or say we can’t.
