FINISH MENU
Six finish families
Anodising Type II
Decorative & protective — colour-capable, uniform appearance for cosmetic parts.
Anodising Type III (hard)
Thicker, harder layer for wear surfaces and sliding fits.
Sandblast + anodise
Matte texture that hides handling marks — our crankset signature.
Powder coating
Tough colour finishes for structural and outdoor parts.
ED coating
E-coat for uniform coverage on complex geometry.
Polishing & brushing
Directional or mirror finishes pre-anodise.
CHOOSING
Type II vs Type III anodising
| Type II | Type III hard | |
|---|---|---|
| Layer | Thinner, decorative-protective | Thicker, engineering-hard |
| Wear resistance | Good for cosmetic parts | For sliding / wear surfaces |
| Appearance | Best colour uniformity | Darker, more technical look |
| Typical use | Consumer & brand parts | Functional mechanisms |
— thickness verified per batch.
COLOUR
What black, silver and custom really look like
Our forged cranksets run in black and silver sandblast-anodised finishes daily — the same line finishes your parts.

ONE ROOF
Forging → CNC → finish, one responsibility
Cosmetic anodising exposes porosity and machining marks. When we forge, machine and finish the same part, finish quality is designed in — not inspected in afterwards.
FAQ
Do you finish parts made elsewhere?
— send parts or drawings, we’ll confirm.
MOQ for finishing?
Colour matching?
Standard black / silver; custom colours quoted per project.
Which alloys can you forge?
6061, 6063, 6082 and 7075 — every batch ships with a mill certificate.
Which file formats can I send?
STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Tooling and dies are designed and built in-house, so your drawings never travel to a third-party die shop.
What quality documents do you provide?
A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.
Do you support prototypes and small batches?
Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.
How fast do you reply to a drawing?
Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.
Where do you ship from?
Our factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with export packing and worldwide delivery.
