TWO WAYS IN

Which one are you?

Forged blank finishing

We forge your near-net blank, then machine critical faces, bores and threads to print — one supplier, one responsibility chain.

Direct machining from billet

Send a drawing, get machined parts in 6061 / 6063 / 6082 / 7075. Prototype-friendly — and we’ll flag when volume justifies forging.

WHY NOT A PURE MACHINE SHOP

Forging changes the cost curve

Pure CNC shops price your part by spindle hours — forever. A near-net forged blank removes most of those hours at volume. We run both routes and quote the cheaper one for your quantity.

QUALITY

Measured, not promised

CMM on critical features, first-article approval, in-process checks — full reports with shipments. PPAP / FAI documentation for automotive-grade programs.

FAQ

MOQ?

— prototypes and production both accepted.

File formats?

STEP / STP / DWG / DXF / PDF.

Lead time?

— die-free parts start immediately.

What tolerances can you hold?

Forging tolerances follow the die design; CNC finishing holds tight tolerances where the drawing requires it (reviewed per drawing).

Which file formats can I send?

STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tooling and dies are designed and built in-house, so your drawings never travel to a third-party die shop.

What quality documents do you provide?

A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.

Do you support prototypes and small batches?

Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.

How fast do you reply to a drawing?

Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.

Where do you ship from?

Our factory in Guangming District, Shenzhen, with export packing and worldwide delivery.
