FAQ

Crankset questions

Can you match our existing crank geometry?

Send the drawing or a sample — arms, spider and interfaces are reviewed for forgeability first.

MOQ per configuration?

— mixed configurations quoted per program.

Are you the factory?

Yes — dies, forging, CNC and anodising are all in-house.

Which file formats can I send?

STEP, STP, DWG, DXF and PDF — even a clear photo of a print works for a first feasibility opinion.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Tooling and dies are designed and built in-house, so your drawings never travel to a third-party die shop.

Do you support prototypes and small batches?

Yes — batches are quoted per part number depending on size and die amortisation, and prototypes are possible.

What anodising finishes are available?

Type II and Type III (hard) anodising in black, natural and colour finishes, plus sandblasting before anodising for a uniform matte look.

What quality documents do you provide?

A mill certificate per alloy batch and a dimensional report with every shipment; PPAP and FAI documentation on request.

What tolerances can you hold?

Forging tolerances follow the die design; CNC finishing holds tight tolerances where the drawing requires it (reviewed per drawing).

How fast do you reply to a drawing?

Most drawings receive a feasibility opinion and cost range within 3 working days.
