MOTORCYCLE CNC PARTS · FORGED 6061-T6 / 7075-T6
Motorcycle CNC Parts, Forged First for Strength
Motorcycle CNC parts that start as a closed-die forging, then go to 5-axis CNC. You get billet-level precision with continuous grain flow, so parts survive more vibration and fatigue.

Motorcycle brake levers and clutch levers
Forged 7075-T6 levers and perches, CNC-finished pivot bores, adjustable/folding designs.
Motorcycle rearsets and footpegs
Forged rearset plates, hangers and pegs; knurl or serrations machined after forging.
Motorcycle Triple Clamps (Yokes)
Forged motorcycle triple clamps in 6082 or 7075, CNC machined for fork-tube bores and stem fitment. A motorcycle triple clamp holds both fork legs and the steering stem, so the bores must stay parallel and square under braking loads. Forging puts the grain around each bore, and our 3/4/5-axis CNC machines finish the fork-tube clamps, stem bore and pinch-bolt threads in one setup.
We make upper and lower clamps for aftermarket brands and race teams, with offset and fork diameter to your drawing. Every batch is checked on CMM and ships with material certificates and an inspection report. Finishes: sandblast plus anodise, black or silver anodise, or hard anodise Type III.

Forged vs billet motorcycle parts
Same geometry, forged blank: grain not cut, higher fatigue life, lower unit cost above ~500 pcs. Read more: forged blanks vs billet CNC machining and forging vs CNC cost.
Our forged motorcycle CNC parts process
Drawing/sample → DFM report → die → forging → T6 → CNC → anodising → CMM/hardness/penetrant → export.

WHY FORGED + CNC
Billet-level precision, forged-level strength
Most aftermarket motorcycle CNC parts are machined from billet plate. That gives clean surfaces, but the cutter slices straight through the aluminium’s grain at every curve. We start from a closed-die forging instead, then do the same 5-axis CNC finishing — so the part looks like billet and carries load like a forging.
| Billet CNC | Cast | Forged + CNC | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grain flow | Cut through | Random, porosity risk | Follows the part shape |
| Fatigue / vibration | Good | Lowest | Highest |
| Material use | High waste | Low | Less material than billet |
| Best volume | Prototypes, very small runs | Very high volume, low load | ~500 pcs and above |
PARTS
Motorcycle parts we forge and machine
Brake levers and clutch levers
Forged 7075-T6 levers and perches. Pivot bores are CNC-finished after forging; adjustable-reach and folding designs are made to your drawing. Grain runs along the lever blade, which is where a fall or a hard pull loads it.
Rearsets and footpegs
Forged rearset plates, hangers and pegs. Knurling or serrations are machined after forging so grip features are sharp and consistent.
Triple clamps (yokes)
Forged 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 upper and lower triple clamps. Fork-tube and stem bores are CNC-machined and checked on CMM so the forks stay parallel.
Other forged motorcycle parts
Handlebar clamps and risers, hubs and sprocket carriers, swingarm pivots and brackets, and e-moto motor mounts.

FAQ
Motorcycle CNC parts FAQ
What aluminium is used for motorcycle triple clamps?
We forge motorcycle triple clamps in 6082 or 7075, or 6061-T6, depending on your stiffness and weight target, then CNC machine the fork-tube and stem bores.
How do you keep forged triple clamps aligned?
Fork-tube bores and the stem bore are machined in one CNC setup and checked on CMM, so the forks stay parallel. Every batch ships with an inspection report.
Are CNC motorcycle parts better than cast?
For load parts, yes. Forged plus CNC parts have no casting porosity and give higher fatigue strength.
Is billet or forged better for brake levers?
Forged 7075-T6. The grain follows the lever shape, while billet cuts across it.
Can you make parts from my 3D file or sample?
Yes: STEP/IGES, a 2D drawing or a physical sample. Files can be attached in the request form.
How long does a new motorcycle part take?
CNC prototypes take 3–5 days. Forging tooling takes 20–25 days, and forged samples follow in about 30 days.
When does forging become cheaper than billet?
Once the die cost is spread over enough parts. Send your drawing and annual quantity and we will compare both routes in the DFM report.
Which finishes are available?
Sandblast plus anodise, black or silver anodise, hard anodise Type III, polishing and brushing, with laser logos.
Which inspections do you do?
CMM dimensional checks and hardness testing, with material certificates and an inspection report for every batch.
Do you make e-moto parts?
Yes, including motor mounts and brackets made to drawing.
