Our forged aluminium MTB crankset 22/30/40T is a triple-ring crankset built for OEM bicycle brands and distributors. Each crank arm is hot-forged from aluminium alloy, CNC-machined and anodised in-house, giving higher strength-to-weight than cast or cold-forged arms.
The 96 mm BCD spider carries 22T, 30T and 40T chainrings for wide-range trail and touring bikes. We supply complete cranksets or forged arms only, with custom length, logo laser-marking and anodised colours. Send your drawing for a free DFM review.
Hot forging for stronger crank arms
Forged grain flow follows the arm shape, improving fatigue life versus cast arms.
In-house CNC and anodising
Spider, pedal and spindle interfaces are CNC-machined, then anodised for a durable matte finish.
